Main new features added

Duty Cycle (DC) constraint has been redesigned to account for relative power usage.

Optimization progress has been improved, providing status of number of swaths analysed vs. total swaths and current percent of coverage achieved.

Cloud estimation can now be configured to be calculated either on the full swath footprint or on the intersection between swath and AOI. The latter is the default, as in previous versions.
