Last week, on the 7th and 8th of March, we attended the first edition of the Spanish Small Satellites International Forum.
A small forum for small satellites, but big opportunities.
We had the pleasure to participate in different conferences and presentations focused on New Space together with members of the European Space Agency (ESA), numerous scientists, researchers and companies.

The NASA executive of space programs of advanced exploration systems division, Andres Martinez, was also present at the congress  and via his twitter account said:

“I had the honor of the opening keynote talk and being a member of the Tech was Scientific Committee. It had local and international representation and was a great success.”

It is possible to read his interview on the infoespacial.com website.

SSSIF was a meeting point between small businesses and large companies. The various meetings led to the conclusion that there is no competition between large satellites and small satellites, but they can coexist and be complementary in the development of the new space economy.

We look forward to our next event to be held at the beginning of April in Paris, to be part of the companies in the front line of the New Space Economy.
